Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.

Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sales or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (metro cities)
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
- We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹59 applies.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for select pin codes with an additional charge of ₹49.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
- You can also track your order through the “Track Order” section on our website using your order ID.
Delays or Failed Deliveries
- Delivery delays may occur due to weather, high demand, or courier issues. We’ll notify you in such cases.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, reshipping charges may apply.
Wrong or Damaged Product?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@c3creation.com with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
